Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your order! However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any product in its original condition for a full refund within 14 calendar days from delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings are non-refundable due to strict hygiene reasons.
  • Sets/Bundles which contain earrings are non-refundable due to strict hygiene reasons.

Missing Orders

If you have not received your order, please contact us at hello@pearlabay.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the products you receive are damaged, faulty, or not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to:

  • Exchange the items, or
  • Offer a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using tracked postage for all returns. Please contact us at hello@pearlabay.com to arrange this.

Size Change

If the products you receive need exchanged for a different size (excluding earrings) we will be happy to:

  • Exchange the items - The customer can return the items to:
  • FAO Pearla Bay Unit 65, Fairhill Shopping Centre, Fairhill Ln, Ballymena BT43 6UF.  
  • Once the original item is returned we can send a payment link to cover courier costs for the new item, and send the new item out.  We strongly recommend using tracked postage for all returns

Refund Processing

We will process your refund as soon as possible, and no later than 14 calendar days after we receive the returned products. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that we believe has been made using fraudulent methods, including system hacks or vulnerabilities caused by external interference.
